1. Description of Service

LensApp.io provides a free AI-powered image identification tool. Users can upload photos to identify objects, plants, animals, insects, coins, rocks, food, antiques, products, and other items. The website also offers reverse image search and image translation features.

2. Free Usage and Limitations

The web tool at LensApp.io allows one free identification scan per day per user. This limit is enforced through IP-based rate limiting. After the daily free scan is used, users are directed to download the Lens App mobile application for additional scans.

The Lens App mobile application offers free daily scans with optional paid subscriptions for unlimited access. Mobile app subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and are subject to their respective terms.

3. Accuracy and Disclaimers

The identification results provided by LensApp.io are generated by artificial intelligence and are intended for informational purposes only. Results may not always be accurate or complete.

  • Safety: AI identification should never be the sole basis for decisions that affect personal safety. This includes, but is not limited to, consuming wild mushrooms, handling unidentified insects or animals, or making financial decisions based on estimated values of coins or antiques.
  • No professional advice: Results do not constitute professional botanical, veterinary, medical, financial, or appraisal advice. Always consult qualified professionals for decisions that require expert knowledge.
  • Value estimates: Any estimated values provided for coins, antiques, or collectibles are rough AI-generated estimates and should not be relied upon for buying, selling, or insurance purposes.

4. Uploaded Content

You retain ownership of any images you upload to LensApp.io. By uploading an image, you grant us permission to process it through our AI services for the sole purpose of providing identification results. Images are not stored, saved, or retained after processing is complete.

You agree not to upload images that:

  • Contain illegal content
  • Violate the rights of any third party
  • Are used for any unlawful purpose

5. Intellectual Property

The LensApp.io website, including its design, content, code, and features, is the property of LensApp.io and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from the website without prior written permission.

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

  • Attempt to bypass or circumvent rate limiting
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to access the Service
